What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic healing process in which channeled healing energy is absorbed in the mental and physical body. Reiki is a non-evasive technique to promote healing by releasing congestion from our major energy centers (chakras) to enable a good flow of energy in our body.

It is administered by "laying on hands" over our chakras and is based on the idea of channeling reiki, or source energy, through a practitioner to a client.

Reiki is a hands on healing approach but may be done via distance as well. Reiki is not an alternative treatment for medical issues but more so a therapy that can help support and increase healing.
